Meeting Room
The meeting room at Spring City Public Library is a multi-purpose space for patrons and the community to enjoy. The community meeting room hosts board and staff meetings, the Women’s Library Club, baby and children’s weekly story times, bi-monthly D&D group for teens, adult book group, monthly teen activity program, and other library sponsored programs, and is open for tutoring, meetings, and other community needs when not in use by the library. The space has a smart TV, four new flip-top tables, and 24 padded chairs. The community meeting room is available on a limited basis to for-profit organizations for a fee of $25.00 per hour, but not to be used as a business office or to sell products; tutors, excluding those volunteering their services, can reserve the space for $10.00 per hour, however, there is no fee if the room is available when you arrive without a reservation (calling beforehand regarding availability will be considered making a reservation). The library reserves the right to cancel or reschedule all and any reservations due to unforeseen circumstances or if the space is needed for a library sponsored program or meeting. For more information or to reserve the community meeting room, please call the library, 610-948-4130.
